The application forms must be forwarded to the Clerk by post or hand two weeks before the meeting at which they are to be discussed. Two written letters of reference should accompany the application forms. One reference should be a professional one i.e. from, school, college, group or institution for which the applicant needs support and one a personal reference from someone who has known the applicant for a number of years, not a family member. A stamped addressed envelope should accompany the application.
Applications need to be received at least a fortnight before a meeting to be considered. The next meeting is scheduled for 8th March.
