How to Apply

You can print the form and send it to the Clerk at the address below, or attach the form to an email. 

The trustees normally meet four times a year, in June or early July, September, December and March. Meeting dates will usually be posted on this website. Please try if possible to get your application to us at least two weeks before the meeting where you hope it will be discussed.

We need two references, which need to be forwarded to the Clerk at the same time as the application. One of these references should written by someone who knows you “professionally” – that’s someone like one of your teachers or lecturers, or a responsible adult associated with the group, institution or activity for which you’re seeking support. The other should be a personal reference from someone who has known you for a number of years – this should not a family member.

Applications should be with the clerk no later than 14 days before the meeting, please.
